► Dashboard Confessional, celebrating 20 years and the release of the retrospective “The Best Ones Of The Best Ones,” plays a sold-out show at the Wiltern, with Piebald supporting.
► Bat for Lashes visits the Theatre at Ace in support of her latest album “Lost Girls.”
► Courtney Barnett & Friends (and those friends include Bedouine, Father John Misty, Lucius, Sharon Van Etten, Vagabon and Waxahatchee) do a night at the Palace Theatre.
► One of L.A.’s best annual fundraisers, Panache’s Valentine’s Day Village of Love, descends on the Teragram Ballroom, with a lineup featuring Cherry Glazerr, Mac DeMarco, Weyes Blood, William Tyler, Rodrigo Amarante, Cornelia Murr, Soko, Prettiest Eyes, Molly Lewis, Pearl Charles, Unconditional Lover, Jess Cornelius and more.
► Ben Lee heads up the lineup at a benefit show for wildlife causes in his native Australia, which was recently ravaged by fires. The concert goes off at the Bootleg Theater with a lineup including Scout Willis, Charlie Hickey, Harrison Whitford and Sharon Silva.
► Nelly brings his “Valentine’s Day Special” to the Novo.
► Daisy bring their Valentine’s Day Party to the Echo, joined by Juto, Alima Lee and more.
