First in a series of roundups that we really want to call “Pan … dammit!” but instead will call Notes From a Pandemic. Here’s a quick list — more in the coming days:

SUPPORT YOUR FAVORITE MUSICIANS

Bandcamp is waiving its revenue share on sales this Friday. “For many artists, a single day of boosted sales can mean the difference between being able to pay rent or not,” says Ethan Diamond, Bandcamp’s co-founder and CEO. “Still, we consider this just a starting point. Musicians will continue to feel the effects of lost touring income for many months to come, so we’re also sharing some ideas on how fans can support.” See them here. (One of them: Bandcamp has the option to pay more than the asking price.)

MusiCares has started a special COVD-19 Relief Fund aimed to help musicians devastated by the loss of work during the crisis. Donate here.
