With her massive May/June tour postponed, like so many others, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, LP has returned with a little something for fans’ dance-alone parties. A new version of “Girls Go Wild,” which appeared on LP’s 2018 album “Heart to Mouth,” was released last week. It features Mexican singer-songwriter Ximena Sariñana, who delivers a bright verse in Spanish.

Earlier this year, the dynamic singer-songwriter was said to have new music on the horizon. She’s scheduled, among other things, to play all three South American Lollapaloozas, which have been pushed back to November-December.
