■ “Whoa Man” is a spoken-word single wedged in the middle of the meaty rockers on TWO’s debut EP, “Pull the Knife Out.” TWO, of course, are Aja Volkman and Dan Epand from the band Nico Vega, and here the singer makes a strong statement.
