L.A. garage-rockers The Paranoyds, who released their debut album “Carnage Bargain” a year ago, are good at all things loud, thrashy and campy. And if there’s a headbanger’s ball in the underworld, their new single “Pet Cemetery” is the song for it. It almost oozes gore.
The song, which has been in the band’s live set for a while, is the A-side of a limited-edition 7-inch coming out Nov. 27. The digital release, of course, comes in time for Halloween — and the Paranoyds’ Halloween Special performance, along with Honey Child, which will stream from the Bob Baker Marionette Theater at 4 p.m. Friday.
