After nine-plus years as a staple of The Independent 88.5 FM’s Sunday night lineup, the L.A. Buzz Bands Show moves to Thursdays, starting tonight.
Join me at 9 p.m. for an hour of made-in-L.A. music featuring new tunes from Meg Myers, Dead Sara, Billie Eilish, Steady Holiday, Geographer, Bad Suns and Alaska Reid, along with introductions to new artists such as Baylee Barrett, Soff Serve and Halo Kitsch. Find the full playlist below, and if you’re out of FM range, click here to stream the show when the clock strikes 9.
And a special shout-out to everybody who supported the station during last weekend’s pop-up pledge drive.

Bad Suns, “Baby Blue Shades”
Dead Sara “Hands Up”
Adult Books, “Innocence”
Soff Serve, “Circus of Lies”
