Bodies of Water ushered in last week’s release of their fifth album, “Is This What It’s Like,” with a laugh.

The band — for this album, David and Meredith Metcalf, Kyle Gladden and Alice Lin — made the video for “Women in Love” in much the same fashion as they made the album: DIY. Thom and Kate Shelton star as a couple on an awkward date — Thom tried to get her in the mood by playing a Bodies of Water CD, but when that fails, he has another trick up his sleeve.

The Metcalfs’ 1-year-old daughter Bernadette ends up stealing the show.
