BeachLife Festival, which debuted in May 2019 but watched plans for a second year fall victim to the pandemic, has scheduled a three-day return to Redondo Beach for September.
No lineup has been announced yet, but the festival founders “with cautious optimism” are planning a Sept. 10-12 event, they said in a statement.
The inaugural BeachLife was highlghted by the likes of Willie Nelson, Brian Wilson and Bob Weir. The Steve Miller Band, Counting Crows, Ziggy Marley and Stephen Marley, UB40, Ben Harper, Sublime with Rome, Fitz and the Tantrums and Edward Sharpe & the Magnetic Zero had been scheduled to play the 2020 sophomore event before it was eventually canceled.
Capacity restrictions, if any, are still to be determined for the new dates. Tickets are on sale here, and festival organizers said those holding tickets already who cannot make the September event can get refunds starting April 19.
