The Cruel World festival — featuring Morrissey, Bauhaus, Blondie, DEVO, Echo & the Bunnymen, the Psychedelic Furs, Violent Femmes, the Church, Public Image Ltd. and more — has been rescheduled for May 14, 2022, at Brookside Park at the Rose Bowl.

The Goldenvoice-promoted affair originally was slated for May 2020, but that date (as well an attempt at rescheduling for last September) was lost to the pandemic.

Tickets (starting at $159 plus fees) go on sale Friday — at 10 a.m. if you sign up for presale here, and at noon to the general public.
