■ Since it was a socially distanced show, only 125 attendees saw Nathaniel Rateliff perform at the 9,400-capacity Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado last September. The 90-minute concert will be captured on the live album he will release on July 16, “Red Rocks 2020.” Among the songs he performed was “All or Nothing,” from his 2020 solo album, “And It’s Still Alright.”
