British songwriter Frank Turner, whose acclaimed ninth album, “FTHC,” came out in February, visits the Wiltern on Saturday, July 30, for the penultimate date of his run of “50 states in 50 days” tour. Opening for his band, Frank Turner & the Sleeping Souls, are the Bronx and Pet Needs.
