St. Lucia — the synth-pop group headed by husband-wife duo Jean-Philip Grobler and Patti Beranek — earlier this month released their fourth album, “Utopia.” Their 28-date North American tour brings them to the Fonda Theatre on Oct. 30. Dutch artist Blanks opens the night.
