Levitt LA kicks off 16th season of free concerts this Saturday [sponsored]

Levitt Pavilion Los Angeles (Levitt LA) launches its 16th season of free, all-ages performances in MacArthur Park this Saturday with an opening night co-presented by La Banda Elastica featuring Nortec-Bostich + Fussible, Nunca Jamas and La Banda Elastica DJs. The summer-long party, reflecting the cultural mosaic of Los Angeles, continues with 31 more shows through Sept. 3.
The electrifying 2023 lineup features international greats as well as L.A.’s own superstar talents performing a wide variety of genres including cumbia, rock, soul, ska, salsa, electronic dance music, jazz, hip-hop, folklorico music from Mexico, Central, South America, Asia, Africa and beyond. In addition, the concerts will be live-streamed on Levitt LA’s YouTube Channel, Facebook Live and Twitch, and will be available for viewing after the season.
Artists coming to Levitt during the 16th season include Flor Amargo, La Santa Cecilia, Nick Waterhouse, De Lux, Radiotron, Amandititita, Beatriz Solis, Imarhan, Tolliver, Los Yesterdays, Boogaloo Assassins, Weedie Braimah & the Hands of Time, House Issues, the Paranoias & Friends, Utopia Tribe and more, Special events include a Soulection DJ night; Boleros de Noche tribute to composer Agustín Lara by Julian Torres and Marco Antonio Godoy; the Festival of Philippine Arts and Culture; a David Bowie Tribute featuring Miya Folick; and much more.
