Join me at 10 tonight on 88.5 FM The SoCal Sound for the L.A. Buzz Bands Show — it’s my final “new music” show of 2024, as next week marks the beginning of my “These Are a Few of My Favorite Songs” year-end shows. Over three weeks, those will cover my favorite 50 or so songs of the year.
Meanwhile, tonight’s local music program features music from Crooner, Cole Maxwell, Anna Arboles, Bedeker, Lindsey Rose Black, Viola Odette Harlow, Magic Wands, The Spyrals, Jesika Von Rabbit, Syd Taylor, Scarlet House and more. Plus, in anticipation of their month-long residency in February at Harvard & Stone, a flashback track from the Warlocks.
Friendly reminder that tickets are still available here for The SoCal Sound’s Year End Concert on Saturday, Dec. 7 at the Alex Theatre, headlined by Benjamin Gibbard and featuring Trousdale, Brett Dennen and Rosa Linn. Support The SoCal Sound by joining us for a great night of music.
