In announcing her third full-length “Delirium,” Ellie Goulding says she wanted to “make a big pop album.” Apparently there aren’t enough of those? Or she can out-diva the divas? “I made a conscious decision that I wanted it to be on another level,” the 28-year-old U.K. singer says. The album will be out Nov. 6. Made in the U.K., Sweden and Los Angeles with collaborators such as Max Martin, Greg Kurstin, Ryan Tedder, Klas Ahlund and Disclosure’s Guy Lawrence, as well as long-time writing partner Jim Eliot, “Delirium” features a whopping 16 tracks, plus six more on the deluxe edition. And here you have the first big pop single from her big pop album, “On My Mind.” “Starry-Eyed” it isn’t.
