Seattle’s Mudhoney, who celebrated their silver anniversary as a band in 2013 when they released their ninth album “Vanishing Point” were loud, proud and biting as ever Tuesday night at the Regent Theater, but it was the SoCal power trio Fuzz who raged like they owned the place. With Ty Segall conducting the madness from behind the drum kit, Fuzz (Segall, singer-guitarist Charles Moothart and bassist Chad Ubovich) roared through much of the music on their new album “II” (out Friday). The Freaks opened the show.
