Aloe Blacc, Ozomatli and more play Night on Broadway on Saturday

For those of you jonesing for a festival atmosphere but don’t want to wait till summer, there is an outstanding event in downtown L.A. on Saturday.
Night on Broadway features a street party with a festival stage, food trucks and vendors between 3rd and 7th streets on Broadway, as well as a wide array of live music, film, art, dance, and interactive at seven of Broadway’s historic theaters. It’s free and all-ages.
Headlining the festival stage will be Aloe Blacc (10 p.m.), preceded by Ozomatli (8:45), Bullet & Snowfox (7:30), the Spazmatics (6:15) and the Cold & Lovely (5:15).
In addition:
► There’s quirky fun with The Blue Truth, Mac Sabbath, Baked and Reggie Watts at the Tower Theater.
► The Orpheum has cabaret and vaudeville with The Last Night
► The Million Dollar Cabaret will appear throughout the night along with Phat Cat Swinger, Burgundy Bells, Lost Angels DTLA, Diamondback Annie and Miss Tosh at the Million Dollar Theater
► The Theatre at Ace Hotel features Slow Hollows, Calentura, James Fauntleroy, artists from Diplo’s Mad Decent and Skrillex’s Owsla labels close the show.
► And there’s EDM with Clouds Below all night at the Palace.
