The GIRLSCHOOL Field Day Weekend closed out a three-day run Sunday night at the Bootleg Theater with an eclectic selection of music ending with standout sets from Riothorse Royale and Gothic Tropic. Before that, there was Allison Weiss roaring through what was billed as a solo set but wasn’t; a typically audacious turn from Kera of Kera & the Lesbians; magical, though different musically, performances by Phoebe Bridgers and Alina Bea; and some dressed-up youthful noise from V.A.J.J. to kick off the night. The festival benefited the Rock ’n’ Roll Camp for Girls Los Angeles.
