There’s no truth to the rumor you could hear LP’s vocals clear up in Glendale on Monday night, but her show at the Echo — the third of a four-week residency in Echo Park — was typically a tour de force. The singer-songwriter, born Laura Pergolizzi, readying the follow-up to her 2014 album “Forever for Now,” performed her new single “Lost on You” and other fresh songs. Kolars, the new band from the husband/wife duo of Rob Kolar and Lauren Brown (of He’s My Brother She’s My Sister), preceded LP with a high-energy turn. And Bjorn and the Sun turned in a set of soulful pop. LP’s residency winds up next Monday, on a night with the Regrettes, Spelles, Jim and Sam and The Way West.
