This week, Rhino releases “The Replacements: The Sire Years,” a vinyl set that compiles 1985’s “Tim,” 1987’s “Pleased to Meet Me,” 1989’s “Don’t Tell a Soul” and 1990’s “All Shook Down” into one box.
Absent Paul Westerberg and the lads, L.A. trio Criminal Hygiene will perform a set of ’Mats covers this evening at downtown L.A.’s Resident. The party kicks off at 5:30 p.m. (and there are some giveaways). And there’s something about “Replace-mint” donuts from Donut Friend.
