East Coast indie-rockers Real Estate kicked off a West Coast tour with two Southern California dates, including Sunday’s packed-to-the-rafters show at the Teragram Ballroom. Along with the music — a mix of songs from their 2009 self-titled debut, 2011’s “Days” and 2014’s “Atlas,” along with a new, still-untitled song — the band allowed as how their new album, recorded in L.A., would be out in 2017. It’s was the quartet’s second show with new guitarist Julian Lynch, who replaced Matt Mondanile (who left to concentrate on his solo project Ducktails). Chris Cohen opened the show.
