Sunday afternoon’s eclectic crowd for CicLAvia’s “Heart of L.A.” — bicyclists, runners, pedestrians, kids, adults, Donald Trump pinatas — proved a perfect fit for an afternoon of music capped by L.A. folk-pop quartet Streetlight Cadence and their cello, violin, guitar, accordion and four-part harmonies. Earlier on Chinatown’s Live Music Stage, Long Beach’s Wargirl turned in a taut set of post-punk-cum-Afro-beat; Enola Fall (on tour from Tasmania) impressed with their shreddy alt-rock (and accents); Forest soldiered through computer problems to play a solo set; and Shere Disraeli won the noon-hour crowd with his soulful folk tunes.
There was jump-rope too.
