Pershing Square free concerts: The Wallflowers, X, the B-52s and more

This summer’s lineup of free Saturday night concerts at Pershing Square offers big-name talent from across the musical spectrum. New wavers The B-52s, L.A. legends X, Jacob Dylan’s The Wallflowers, Santa Barbara’s Toad the Wet Sprocket, the long-dormant 10,000 Maniacs, Arizona rockers The Meat Puppets, and Tejano bluesmen Los Lonely Boys are among the acts performing gratis across six weeks from July into August.
Park access and security check-in will be located on the corner of 6th and Olive. Lawn seating opens to the public at 7 p.m. (bring lawn chairs and blankets). Adult beverages will available along with a variety of fare from food trucks.
