► With the sophomore album “28 Days in the Valley” coming March 16, Dorothy headlines the Fonda Theatre, with True Violet and 2:22 opening.
► Touché Amoré play their 1,000th show. It’s at the Regent Theater, it’s sold out, and La Dispute, Self Defense Family and Warm Thoughts support.
► Mike Gordon visits the Teragram Ballroom in support of his latest album “OGOGO.” It’s the fifth solo effort from the Phish bassist, who is doing two nights at the Teragram.
► New York pop-punkers Diet Cig visit the Lodge Room, supported by Great Grandpa and the Spook School.
► And Mary Timony (currently of Ex Hex, formerly a member of Wild Flag, formerly a member of Helium), does a night performing the music of Helium (if you missed them in the ’90s, here’s a chance to catch up) at the Troubadour. Allison Crutchfield opens.
