► Torrance indie punks Joyce Manor headline the Hollywood Palladium behind their latest album “Million Dollars to Kill Me,” with Jeff Rosenstock, AJJ and awakebutstillinbed opening.
► Coming through on their national tour, Dawes rocks their sixth album, “Passwords,” at the Orpheum Theatre.
► First-wave L.A. punk legends The Flesh Eaters will celebrate the release of their new compilation, “I Used to Be Pretty,” out yesterday on Yep Roc Records at a sold out show at the Echoplex. Seattle alternative grunge pioneers Mudhoney join in the festivities.
