► Composer/producer/vibraphonist Roy Ayers performs two shows at the Lodge Room as part of the Black History Month concert series. The early show is sold out; tickets remain for the late set.
► Mazzy Star returns for a second night at the Cathedral Sanctuary at Immanuel Presbyterian.
► Long-running Scottish band Teenage Fanclub has a second night at the Teragram Ballroom (this one sold out), with the Love Language supporting.
► Talker celebrates the release of her “Horror Films” EP with a show at the Hi Hat, joined by Colyer, Emma Cole, Beck Pete and Nikki Black.
► L.A. duo 8mm celebrate the release of their new EP “Het-Shaped Hell” with a show at Lucky Strike Live.
► Fruit Bats and Vetiver team up for a night at Zebulon — they just released the collaborative EP, “In Real Life.”
► Australia’s Meg Mac headlines the Bootleg Theater, supported by Hope Waidley.
► And Shook Twins, touring in support of their album “Some Good Lives,” visit the Moroccan Lounge, with Rainbow Girls supporting.
