The 49th annual LA Pride Parade and Festival has announced set times and the full lineup for this year’s all-ages celebration,* themed #JUSTUNITE, beginning with the free kickoff opening ceremonies on Friday featuring welcome remarks from community leaders and advocates, a WeHo Vogue Ball & Drag Show, the L.A. celebrity premiere of the new documentary “5B” and a concert by Paula Abdul.

The full weekend festival, taking place along San Vicente Boulevard between Melrose Avenue and Santa Monica Boulevard, will also feature Grammy-winning pop songstress Meghan Trainor and British electro-pop stars Years & Years as headliners to a star-studded lineup, including Grammy winner Ashanti, Christian Castro, the Drums, MNEK, Pabllo Vittar, Amara La Negra, Cupcakke, Asiahn, the Veronicas, Saro and more. Festival activations such as Trans Galeria (formerly, Trans Station), Erotic City (Leather/S&M) and Sizzle (alcohol- and substance-free) will also be returning to the festival.

VIP Backstage Experience tickets are available for Friday only ($100 plus fees) or the full weekend (including Friday, $450 plus fees), or just Saturday or Sunday ($250 each day). Advanced General Admission tickets for the festival and parade are $30 per day or $50 for the weekend. Discounted $15 tickets for ADA, military (active/veteran) and seniors will be available for purchase at the festival box office. Kids 12 and younger are free but must be accompanied by an adult. Proceeds will be going towards events like LA Pride Parade and city-wide programs like Casa del Sol, a joint project between LA Pride organizers Christopher Street West and APLA Health that provides low-income housing to people living with HIV/AIDS.

The LA Pride Parade will take place Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Santa Monica Boulevard (between Fairfax Avenue and Doheny Drive) and is a free event. This year there are three grand marshals: Phill Wilson (Community Grand Marshal), the Los Angeles LGBT Center (Organizational Grand Marshal) and Ryan O’Connell (Celebrity Grand Marshal).

Aside from the festival and parade, LA Pride and the City of West Hollywood are also partnering for the first time for a free “Pride on the Boulevard” block party along Santa Monica (between Robertson Boulevard and Hancock Avenue) featuring vendors, exhibitors, non-profit organizations, a health and wellness fair, rides and attractions, beer gardens and more from 12 noon to 7 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

Festival logistics info, including box office hours, entrance locations, dress code, parking and shuttles are here.

* All weekend events are all-ages except some 18-plus exhibit areas. Alcohol consumption will require a wristband and proper ID for 21-and-older attendees.
