■ Kurt Vile covered John Prine’s “Speed of the Sound of Loneliness” on “Late Night with Seth Meyers” on Thanksgiving evening. The song is the lead track off his 18th EP, “Speed, Sound, Lonely KV,” released last month, which also features a duet with the late Prine (who died from Covid19 in April).  

■ The international SoFar Sounds network featured L.A. via Mexico artist Kordelya today. She sang a catchy blend of Latin RnB-synthpop from her new album “Mal Hecha,” released earlier this month. Artist Jame joined in for their duet “Hear Me Out.”
