Kate Clover and her band play a prom in the video for “No More Romance,” the singer-songwriter’s first new original since last year’s album, “Bleed Your Heart Out.” The first single from an album Clover has planned for next spring, it’s a song about heartbreak, done the way first-wave punk-rockers sang about heartbreak — kiss-off catharsis in under 3 minutes.

L.A. scenesters might recognize a lot of prom-goers in director Ambar Navarro’s video; everybody cleans up real nice.
