A marvelous Monday ahead:

‣ Irish singer-songwriter Sinead O’Connor – her ninth album “How About I Be Me (and you be you)?” coming out this week – plays the first of two nights at the El Rey Theatre. Stream three songs from the album below:

‣ The Hold Steady frontman Craig Finn headlines the Troubadour behind last month’s release of his debut album “Clear Heart Full Eyes.”
‣ It promises to be a busy night at the Satellite, where folk-pop quintet Milo Greene continue their residency. Doors will be open early (7:30) to accommodate a “special guest,” who will play at 9 p.m., after Haim’s opening set. Hands and Lesands round out what could be a crazy night. Early arrival recommended. (Buzz Bands LA will be selecting tunes all evening.)
Electric Guest’s residency sails into Week 3 at the Echo, with support from Touché, Cosmic Suckerpunch and the Roads (Andy Siara of the Henry Clay People and Claire McKeown of Shadow Shadow Shade).
‣ At the Bootleg Bar, the Union Line, Jeffertitti’s Nile and Monsters Calling Home teaming up to support this week’s installment of Incan Abraham’s residency.
‣ And Judson McKinney’s stand at the Silverlake Lounge continues, with the Happy Casualties, Torches and Wires in the Walls supporting.
