Here are set times for Echo Park Rising, the free festival going off at multiple venues on Saturday. The bill is a monstrous cross-section of the L.A. scene, with shows indoors, outdoors and at retail spaces and galleries. All times subject to change, as they say. Buzz Bands LA will preview the festival on Friday with an all-Echo Park Rising show on Moheak Radio.
