Stream: Haim, ‘Don’t Save Me’

The legend of Haim is growing far faster than their catalog. Sisters Este, Danielle and Alana (and their “mister,” Dash Hutton) have released but one three-song EP (surely you’ve heard “Forever” by now), and some remixers have gotten their mitts on it too, but the L.A. quartet is already signed to the Polydor label in the U.K. and have been on all the right tours and in all the proper Internet places. And, holy sister act, they’re already the subject of a documentary. Last week, a second single made its way onto the airwaves (in the U.K., naturally). Friends of a certain age remind me that Haim are embracing the same spirit as Wilson Phillips a couple decades ago; like their parents’ love for classic rock, it’s a torch Haim is bearing well.
