Pretty cool Tuesday ahead:
‣ Tyler Bryant & the Shakedown, the Nashville quartet fronted by the 21-year-old guitar prodigy, bring their vintage blues rock to the Viper Room in celebration of their first album, “Wild Child,” out today. L.A.’s own young shredder extraordinaire, Jared James Nichols, opens. That’s Bryant’s video for “Last One Leaving,” above, and you can download the song here.
‣ Big night at the new all-ages DIY venue the LA Fort – FIDLAR, Pangea, Meat Market, Spaceships rock the downtown room. Oh, and FIDLAR’s album comes out today? Even nicer.
‣ Ferraby Lionheart, Eastern Conference Champions and COYOL team up to do a benefit for the Pablove Foundation at Los Globos.
‣ Post-hardcore quartet Quicksand returns to L.A. (they rocked the FYF Fest back in September) for a show at the Fonda Theatre, supported by Title Fight.
