Video: Night Terrors of 1927, ‘Dust and Bones’

Can we get a “whoa-oh-oh” chorus in celebration of weirdness? The new video for the Night Terrors of 1927 single “Dust and Bones” is either sheer genius or non sequitur nonsense, depending on your interpretation of the hodgepodge of household madness that transpires in just under four minutes. (And is that a quizzical look the elderly follow flashes at 0:46?) The video was directed by Darren Craig of the Uprising Creative (Justin Timberlake, Rihanna, Ke$ha), and the song is from NTO1927’s “Guilty Pleas” EP, the debut from the band conceived by Jarrod Gorbel (the Honorary Title) and Blake Sennett (Rilo Kiley, the Elected). We would drop that old “don’t-try-this-at-home” bromide on you, if we were certain what exactly “this” is.
