After initially saying Desert Daze would merely be a concert series in 2021, promoters announced that the festival will return to Moreno Beach at Lake Perris for three days, Nov. 12-14. The War on Drugs, Kamasi Washington, Toro Y Moi and Japanese Breakfast headline.
Wu-Tang Clan entered, and conquered, on the final night of Desert Daze, which featured memorable sets from Khruangbin, Ride, Moses Sumney, Kills Birds and more.
Flying Lotus, with his 3D spectacle, Devo and Ween highlighted a thoroughly eccentric Saturday at the eighth annual Desert Daze.

In contrast to last year’s opening day, Friday at Desert Daze went off smoothly, highlighted by the Flaming Lips, Stereolab, Wand, DIIV and two artists from Africa, Mdou Moctar and W.I.T.C.H.
