If you just can’t enough of awards shows, the Grammy Awards Pre-Telecast is streaming live on Grammy.com – that’s when the academy gives out some 100 awards that aren’t on the national telecast. Metallica (for “Death Magnetic”) beat out No Age (“Nouns”) and others for best CD packaging, and Radiohead’s “In Rainbows” just won for special CD packaging. There’s a downloadable Pre-Telecast program too. I’m not going to hang around the webcast, which is hosted by Wayne Brady and Tia Carrere, for too long, but just thought I’d give you a heads-up.
