Tonight in L.A.: White Denim, Olin and the Moon

by kevin on January 19, 2010

whitedenimAustin’s spastic garage rockers White Denim, whose album “Fits” was voted most likely to cause eye palpitations, headline the Troubadour tonight, with Brazos opening. … Olin and the Moon’s pizza-beer-bingo residency continues at the Echo, with O.C. classic-rock kids Dusty Rhodes and the River Band opening. … And the Hot Rats — Gaz Coombes and Danny Goffey of Supergrass performing cover songs — play Spaceland, with Lemon Sun on board. … Also: Pepper Rabbit and  Gamble House a the Bootleg Theater; the Karabal Nightlife and Line and Circle at the Silverlake Lounge; Seneca Hawk at the Viper Room; Letting Up Despite Great Faults and Death Kit at the Detroit Bar in Costa Mesa; Moses Campbell at the Smell; and Rachael Cantu at the Hotel Cafe.

Olin and Moon is awesome. The bingo is a great idea as well. I won last week. :)
