Radars to the Sky remain one of those best-bands-you’ve-never-heard phenomena that populate the L.A. landscape — people with days jobs and families and lives who somehow find the juice to write and record original material, instead of maybe playing in that AC/DC cover band for beers on the weekend. It’s slow going sometimes (the first single from their new album was debuted way back when), but now the quintet built around the husband-and-wife squad of Andrew and Kate Spitser has finished its new album, “Supra/Infra.” On this new single “Mirror,” the ’90s indie-rock guitars are there, along with boys-girl vocals and exclamatory shouts, and so is Andrew Spitser’s lyrical intensity — he writes earnest, unflinching songs rich in detail and drama.
