Urge Overkill … sure, why not. Fifty percent original ingredients (singer-guitarists Eddie “King” Roeser and Nash Kato). First album in 15 years (“Rock & Roll Submarine,” due May 10). Fond memories of “Pulp Fiction.” All that. Now that they’re coming back, can the 27 bands who sound just like them and play the Sunset Strip on any given week please go away?
