Video: Lonely Trees, ‘Hold Your Head’

Everything that’s emerged so far from the camp of L.A. quintet Lonely Trees has had a dizzying vibe, dreamy stuff that’s as likely to melt hearts as it is to move bodies. We premiered “No Man’s Love” in November, and Christian Stone, Annalee Fery and gang followed that with a video for “Flutter,” which, well, inspired us to do just that. Their latest volley, the Thomas Scriven-filmed video for “Hold Your Head,” is more of the same – lilting boy/girl vocals over a simple piano line and restrained atmospherics. A full album this year from Lonely Trees, perhaps? We’d have it made in the shade.
