If you’ve ever seen them at a festival, you know there’s no more aptly named rock band than Explosions in the Sky. The Texas quartet turns instrumental rock into something behemoth and epic, and just in time for a special southern California date – the just-announced show at Hollywood Forever Cemetery (tickets on sale Friday) – they’ve laid out plans to release a new album, “Take Care, Take Care, Take Care,” on April 26. Suffice to say the teaser track “Trembling Hands” is liable to make all your appendages shake.
