Buzz Bands LA’s monthly SecondTuesday songwriter series continues this Tuesday with a diverse trio of artists performing in the relaxed vibe of Lot 1 Cafe. . Luz Elena, lead singer of the Portland, Ore., indie-folk ensemble Y La Bamba, will perform a solo acoustic set. She’ll be joined by singer-composer Chris Accardo, whose piano-driven pop has earned comparisons to the likes of Coldplay and Billy Joel, and Mark Lane, the Echo Park songwriter who has a new album of blissful classic pop coming out soon. The show starts at 9 p.m. Admission is $5 at the door; proceeds go to the artists. Lot 1 has a beer and wine menu, and serves food. Come by for a chill evening of good music.
