It’s a monster weekend ahead – and not just for Hanni El Khatib, who does the Abbot-Kinney Festival en route to his album release show for “Will the Guns Come Out” (Monday night at the Echo). On Saturday, there’s free music at the Frogtown Art Walk, as well as a beer-sponsored event called “Walk the Dog Day.” On Sunday, there’s Tarfest at the La Brea Tar Pits and the Abbot-Kinney Festival in Venice.
