It’s a political album but not a preachy one – “a protest album and a call to arms,” is how it’s advertised. And it works on that level and more. The video for “Disarm” was directed by the album’s producer, <a href="http://richardswift.us" target="_blank">Richard Swift</a>, who increasingly seems to turn up working with artists we love (Damian Jurado, Jessie Baylin, Everest, Gardens & Villa).
