Six years after their album “Anti-Anti” made the band a favorite among last decade’s batch of brooding post-punk stylists, songwriter/guitarist Jordan Jeffares and crew have re-emerged. Recently signed to Kings of Leon’s Serpents & Snakes imprint, Snowden has a new album, “No One in Control,” en route in the fall.
