@KRBronson recommends: London-based songwriter Frank Turner has a new collection of his distinctive folk-punk songs on the way – “Tape Deck Heart” comes out April 22. On Wednesday, he and his band Frank Turner & the Sleeping Souls visit the Roxy; he does another show Thursday at the Hotel Cafe.

@Seraphina_L recommends: Sinkane, Alpine, Fetsum and Isaac Delusion at Bardot. It’s a good night for L.A. debuts, and It’s a School Night grabbed threel: Australian electro-pop six-piece Alpine plays in support of their record “A for Alpine”; reggae-influenced soul singer Fetsum stops by in support of his album “The Colors of Hope”; eclectic electronic duo Isaac Delusion will also offer songs off their latest EP “The Morning Sun.” Sudan-bred Sinkane will headline.
