The Jubilee Music & Arts Festival made it official tonight: The Drums, Black Lips, Free Energy and Kitten top the bill for the two-day event June 7-8. Promoters have extended the availability of pre-sale weekend passes, at $35, until Thursday.

Formerly known as the Silver Lake Jubilee, the festival this year has moved from the streets of that neighborhood to the Downtown Arts District, at 508 Santa Fe St. The Jubilee teased their lineup on Monday by leaking a not-so-hard-to-solve poster with the artists’ names jumbled.

In addition to the music – three stages’ worth, featuring local standouts such as Fool’s Gold, Jenny O., NO, Incan Abraham, Yellow Red Sparks, Tashaki Miyaki, Broadheds, Francisco the Man, Western Lows, Beat Club, Cayucas and many more – the festival offers a comedy stage curated by Iliza Shlesinger, literature presented by PEN Center USA, more than 40 arts and crafts booths, 20-plus brands doing sample sales, food trucks and a beer/alcohol garden.

A few more acts – including a couple of fairly prominent ones – will be added to the bill in coming weeks.
