Happy Cinco de Mayo:

‣ The Greek Theatre kicks off its season (at 3 p.m.) with its second annual Cinco de Mayo Festival, headlined by the iconic L.A. band Los Lobos, who will be joined by Robert Randolph, Los Super 7, Willie G of the Midnighters, Kinky, El Chicano and Pedro Torres Y Su Mariachi. Rising stars La Santa Cecilia play the Greek’s Plaza Stage along with Los Fabulocos and Making Movies.
‣ British post-punkers Killing Joke bring their tour behind “The Singles Collection” to the Fonda Theatre.
‣ U.K. electro guru Bonobo teams up with SoCal instrumental duo El Ten Eleven for a show at the El Rey Theatre.
‣ And at the Bootleg Bar, it’s a night of fun with Tenacious D.
