► Weekend 1 of the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival closes out, with Kendrick Lamar, Justice, Lorde, New Order, Hans Zimmer and much more, at the Empire Polo Club. [Set times at the end of this post.]
► Fresh off his Saturday night set at Coachella, Gucci Mane visits the Observatory, joined by Playboi Carti.
Tech N9ne plays the House of Blues Anaheim behind his new album “Dominion.”
Little Lonely, Kat Myers & the Buzzards and Allie Crow Buckly play at Grand Ole Echo at the Echo (Daytime Show)
► Howling for the Homeless,  a benefit for the Downtown Women’s Center, brings Slugs, Velopheliacs, Lost Anyway and Bedroomtalk to the Hi Hat.
► And it’s jazz night at the Bootleg Theater, with the BABA Orchestra joined by Echo Corps and Thumpasaurus.
