Syd headlines the Novo, with Buddy and Malia opening.

► U.K. soul music collective Jungle headline the El Rey Theatre, with Makeness opening.
Nicole Atkins plays the Bootleg Theater in support of her new album “Goodnight Rhonda Lee.” Get there early for Lauren Ruth Ward and Thayer Sarrano at the Bootleg Theater
Midnight Sister plays the Moroccan Lounge behind their album “Saturn Over Sunset,” with Cones and Duk opening.
